(It also has an appeal to those who seek light pressure as well.) The use of bamboo in your massage simply opens your session to an additional tool that applies pressure differently than the therapist's hands, allowing the therapist to apply an even amount of pressure over larger areas or digging into more localized points when needed. For lack of a better description: If the thought of a warm rolling pin, kneading your muscles sounds lovely to you, bamboo very well may become your new favorite! My favorite areas to work with bamboo include: backs, forearms, quads, IT bands, and calves.
Cancellation Policy
CANCELLATION / RESCHEDULE POLICY: If you need to cancel or reschedule, please text me directly at 630-432-9815 to cancel your session. Cancellations / Reschedules will not incur a fee when done more than 24 hours in advance. Cancellations / Reschedule requests made within the 24 hour window prior to session start time will be subject to a $15 late-cancellation fee. NO CALL / NO SHOW POLICY: "No-Call, No-Shows" will be subject to a $25 fee. SHOWING UP LATE: You are welcome & encouraged to come in 5-10 minutes early to your massage to prepare. If you come in late, I will do my best to accommodate you but will still need to end your session at the scheduled time. PROMOTION PRICING: If you book a promotional / sale massage, but need to cancel or reschedule, a request to reschedule will result in forfeit of the deal and will be automatically rebooked as a 60-minute Swedish Massage.
